Precision Family Eye Care was founded on the belief that everyone's eyes are as unique as they are. We want to be the best at what we do, and that means understanding that sometimes the best way to care for eyes is to use our ears. We listen to you, ask you questions and try to get the best picture of how you use your eyes everyday. Eye care is about more than exams and drops and equipment—it's about knowing how the eye is used on a daily basis and how to anticipate and prevent future problems. Getting the whole picture, it's how we act with precision.

Dr. Kim Hodne

Dr. Kim Hodne, OD, was born and raised in Manning, Iowa. Once graduating high school in 2013, she began to pursue her career in Optometry. Dr. Brent Thornton, O.D., grew up on a farm outside Sheldon, Iowa. He graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelors in Science majoring in Biology. In 2012, Dr. Thornton completed his Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee.
